At Sirat Al Mustaqim Welfare Foundation, we believe in the power of education to break down barriers, break the glass ceiling and unlock potential. Sirat Al Mustqaim EmpowerED Scholarships Program is a beacon of hope, providing deserving students with financial support they need to pursue higher education and secure a brighter future, especially those who cannot afford higher education due to financial constraints.

WHAT WE OFFER

  1. Financial Support for Education: Our scholarships cover tuition fees, study materials, and essential academic expenses, ensuring that financial constraints never hinder a student’s educational journey.

  2. Accommodation Assistance: We understand the challenges of finding suitable housing. That’s why our program includes support for accommodation, creating a conducive environment for academic success.

  3. Inclusive Criteria: We celebrate merit and diversity. Our scholarships are awarded based on academic excellence, with a focus on candidates who have achieved results over 70%. We also prioritize students from vulnerable backgrounds, including orphans, individuals with disabilities, and marginalized communities.

  4. Phase I Coverage: The inaugural phase of our project targets candidates in the Sargodha, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi regions. By focusing on these areas, we aim to make a meaningful impact on local communities.

The EmpowerED Scholarships Program is not just about financial assistance; it’s a commitment to unlocking the full potential of deserving individuals. Together, let’s try and pave the way for a brighter, more inclusive tomorrow.

In collaboration with Diya Foundation, Sirat Al Mustaqim Welfare Foundation has provided scholarships to 50 students studying and/or residing in the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The rationale to select the twin cities was that a lot of students come from far flung areas in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Northern and Central Punjab and Azad Jammu and Kashmir to Islamabad in pursuit of higher education. Working with universities in Islamabad and Rawalpindi provides reasonable access to various communities in the region and adjoining provinces.
